Indexing

PaperTrack is designed for the multiple index
fields. No more renaming the file, then setting up folders to
manually search through. PaperTrack uses index fields, as many or as
few as you like. By creating these fields and entering the data, you
create an automatic relationship between documents with the same data
values.
- Search for all the invoices for ABC Corp. or all the invoices for
December for ABC Corp.
- Search for all the tax records for John Doe, or the 2001 records for
John Doe, or just form 1040 in 2002 for him.
- Search for all the Mortgage apps' for December, or John Doe's app.,
or all the applications in Zip Code 12345.
The possibilities are endless, the limit is your imagination.

- Unlimited user definable index fields, format
by Text, Numerical or Date.
- Unlimited index field assignment to document
types. Assign as many fields as you need to find or reference a particular
document.
- Use the same index field on multiple
documents to create a relationship between the documents (last name, SSN,
vendor name, etc.)
- Index Field auto fill. Just enter a unique value. (like SSN) and the
previously entered 'associated' data is filled in automatically (like
name, address, etc)
